TattooDoodle is a free online tool that turns your ideas into custom tattoo designs using AI. Type a description, pick a style, and get a downloadable design you can take to your tattoo artist.
Getting a tattoo is permanent. Most people walk into a studio with a vague idea and a phone full of screenshots. We wanted a faster way to explore options — generate a few concepts at home, compare them, then bring the best one to a professional artist for refinement.
TattooDoodle is run by a small independent team. We're not a tattoo studio and we don't ink anyone — we build the tool, you bring the design to your artist.
The generator creates original tattoo concepts from your text description. It supports 8 style presets — from minimalist line art to Japanese irezumi — and lets you upload a reference image to guide the design. Everything runs free, no account needed.
AI designs are starting points, not finished tattoos. Always work with a licensed tattoo artist who can adapt the concept to your skin, placement, and anatomy. We don't provide medical or aftercare advice.
